    I'm looking for a tutorial or a little code that can help me to move an object around by using the keyboard arrows or other letters.
    I googled already but I didn't find anything.

    thx, I'm trying to lurn silverlight on my own by making games in Blend 4.

    started as an intern with local in the month of march 06 and I was given offer till end of august. but my school official gave me work permit on a semester basis and gave it only for srping 06, which end in may 15th. I couldn't update my CPT status for 1 day for summer 06 and started on 16th may, so the school official has said that i am out of status.Since re-instatement is not possible from school as it was unauthorized work permit. They have advised me to go to home country and attend visa to be eligible for reinstatement. I have grauduated last month with masters of science..

    They said they will provide me recommendation letter for me to show to consular officer. Also, I have an MBA admit in same university for spring 2007.

    so should i come to new program..if thats the case how to get an emergency appoitment.

    ...man so much noise...

    I'm finding the same thing with my D2H. Take a look at the auto photo I attached earlier today for the noise in the shadows there - yuck. I've also seen an exposure shifting problem during any kind of motordrive and autoexposure. If I select manual mode it seems to go away. But I've examined shot sequences where EXIF data indicates identical Aperture and Shutter and yet there is a shift. I wonder if these things have that much production variance to cause noise and calibration problems like this.

    Hi,
    My H1visa expirs on Aug 2009.I am travelling to india this month and be back at the end of May09.I have EAD and AP in my hand and valid till next year.
    After I come back I want to change my employer using EAD in the month of July09.

    1.While return back which one I have to show at POE? H1 or EAD?
    2.If I show H1 I will get I94 card only till Aug09.So later If Ichange to EAD will it be problem?
    3.If I show AP at the POE, my status legally changes to Parole.So can I continue till Jun09 with my current employer on H1? Because I don't want to change to EAD with my current employer as I am getting offer in July09 from new employer.
    4.I am planning to add my spouse to my GC status after I come back.He is on H1B right now.What are the impacts if I migrate to EAD?

    Can you please respond back immediately.Thanks a lot.

    Pictures are listed in required list of documents but they don't ask for them always. My wife went for stamping 4 months back and they just looked at marriage-certificate and my approved petition....that's it ! But I have seen CO's asking for pics.

    So it's a hit/miss kinda deal....

    There is no special form to apply for AC21. It's a free form letter informing the USCIS that you would like to port your I-140 to a different employer.

    My Wife is on H4/AOS.

    Her H4 is going to expire in September and she is planning to travel soon.

    She has AP and EAD but never used. I am on H1 and used AC21.

    My questions are..

    1) Can she go to home country and get her H4 stamped and return on H4?

    2) Apply AP and return on AP?

    3) Assume...If she returns on AP...and show valid EAD while entering at POE....
    But by that time her H4 expires.... In this scenario...do we still need to apply H4 extension after entering US?

    4) Who supposed to apply H4? Is it employer or H1 holder can also apply H4?

    I got really good news... EB3 moved for 1 week...... its 22nd Jan 2002 now...:rolleyes:

    Based on the numbers released by USCIS on pending 485s, EB3 will go up to mid-june 2002 for the entire FY2011 (without spill over, of course)....

    I was trying to know what are the possibility of those people who have ported successfully and still got their GC approved.

    I realized that people who already got their GC won't be visiting this site. But, if you have known somebody who did, vote on the poll please.

    1. Changed jobs --> interview --> got GC (no RFE)
    2. Changed jobs --> RFE --> invoke AC21 --> interview --> got GC (invoke AC21 only when requested)
    3. Changed jobs --> invoke AC21 --> interview --> got GC (invoke AC21 voluntarily, but no more RFE)
    4. Changed jobs --> invoke AC21 --> RFE --> interview --> got GC (invoke AC21 voluntarily, but still get a RFE later)

    If the hospital (healthcare organization) is a non-profit body then they will not be subjected to the quota (I think). Maybe other members can validate this.

    They are not subject to cap if they are non profit.

    Can I use AC21 portability to move to another employer C or better yet use it to transfer 485 to current employer B using my EAD?

    I've applied for I 140 at TSC and my reciept date is Dec. 15, 2007 Under EB1,

    Can i apply for I 485 while my I 140 is pending or should i wait for the approval first.

    I have to Renew my AP which was expired 2 years back. I work and live in Virginia

    and my I-485 is pending at NSC.

    At which center should I apply for AP renewal?

    Can I e-file for AP?

    What is the difference between Paper filigng and e-filing?.

    Please help,

    Hi

    I have applied for I-140 thro Substitute in March 2006(15 months ago) and I got a query on my education and company financial status in August 06 and attorney replied back to query in the month of October 2006.
    When I check my status online shows as "we received your application on October 20th 2006 and in process".

    Last month there was an updated date on 05/25/07 on my case and when i checked with employer, he says we have not yet received any information from USCIS to attorney.

    Now the attorney says, we will be Re-filing my case, as one case got denial from my company (Not mine itseems). So that we will get new Receipt Number as I have only 8 Months left on my H1 and we can apply for 1 year extension meanwhile before 6 months of H1 expiry.

    Is it a good idea to re-file I-140 from the same Service Center(NSC)?

    or Can I apply in PERM now as I have only 8 months on my H1.

    Pl. suggest.
