Hello All,
I recently filed a labor and got A# and would like to know the options to check the status.
My employer is not willing to give the user id and password of the secured sire through which they filed the labor.
I would greatly appreciate your input.

Status of PERM can only be checked by your employer (with their user id and password of the secured site). Unfortunately there is no other way to check the status.

I know everyone says Interim EAD is done with. But this is from the form on the USCIS website. Any ideas?

Interim EAD: an EAD issued to an eligible applicant when USCIS has failed to adjudicate an application within 90 days of receipt of a properly filed EAD application or within 30 days of a properly filed initial EAD application based on an asylumapplication filed on or after January 4, 1995. Can I count part time experience obtained before my Bachelors degree for an EB2 petition?
I have 2.5 years of part time experience, can we use this and apply with MBA+1 requirements?

Fancy meeting you here, dohko! The experience at half time can be counted to be 1/2 time itself - i.e. 2 years under 20 hrs./week = 1 yr. full time.
Your experience however has to be obtained AFTER your Bachelor's degree.

Hi
My wife H1B was approved under Consular Processing. She got job offer now and it is a Consulting job to Hire. We applied COS at CSC by Premium processing. Reached application on Sep 28 and Status is Acceptance by then.
1 ) Everything is genuine and in the client letter it is mentioned as 6 Months contract to hire. Are there any posibbilities of getting H1B approved for only 6 months from now.
2 ) Are there any chances of rejection
3) Sincle past week it is under "Acceptance" stage. I know i have to be patient.
4) Can we expect some decision from them this week as client is waiting.
5) At what time CSC updates the case. Is there any particular time they update the case online.

Now things are not predictable. I prefer premium process with an extra 1000 USD

It's true that Obama is focusing on the economy now, but if we do a massive flower campaign now it will get us press and attention and "loosen" things up, then we can go for a second even bigger flower campaign in the spring and in the summer when the previous flower campaign will still be alive in the public's memory. That way people will say "wait, legals? that's different than illegals, and it sounds serious"
We need to get ourselves noticed! The illegals had Obama on the Hispanic radio show with "Piolin Sotelo" last week. Why aren't we doing anything? We are not cowards, are we? The illegals can but we legals can't?

Hello,
I have a RFE for my 485 according to the online status. My PD is current, and NSC's 485 processing time is now July 19, 07. My 485 RD was July 25, 07, so it is likely that they are working on adjudicating my case (and could have approved if there were no RFE).
I am still waiting for the RFE in the mail to know what it is exactly. But, assume that I fulfill their request and mail them the required items immediately, will I need to wait another 6 months before they check my RFE fulfillment? Or do they usually look at the RFE immediately (since they are already working on my case)...
