Was with a bunch of D3 users!!
Nice machine. They were taking images long after the 1Ds and 1D "3"s gave up in the light....
Will be interesting to see how they deal with the noise.

EB3 is not moving because there are way too many people in it. Spillover or no spillover there will still be 140K visas per year and with 7% country limit, Indians can forget our greencard. Country limits is a very bad thing for us.
Who created country limits and why?

I found the following link on USCIS web site

Does this mean that USCIS is trying to speedup pending 485's ?

South Korean-born Dr. Jim Yong Kim today assumes the presidency of Dartmouth College and becomes the first Asian American to lead an Ivy League university. The physician, teacher and infectious disease expert told the Dartmouth community: It is deeply humbling for me the child of Korean immigrants from a small town in Iowa to follow in the footsteps of his predecessors and lead Dartmouth College. Approximately how many labor applications were filed each day for EB3-India. ?
Assuming around 5-10 each day and around 300 days in a year . it would
be around 3000 . Considering that there was minor downturn in 2001-2002
year i'm assuming that Cut-Off dates should be moving faster for EB3-I.
Note: I'm in EB3 India category and trying to make a calculated guess.

For what it's worth, I was a Nikon pro card carrier back in the '70's. It was a FABULOUS service. I was allowed to borrow expensive gear for free that I would never have used otherwise (e.g. radio-remote release, medical telephoto with built-in ring flash, nikonos)
And the "go the head of the line" repair service saved me more than once. While I was vacationing in California I needed some urgent repairs and was told by the local main Nikon repair shop that their backlog even for "urgent" repairs was 3 months. I flashed my pro card and it was in the repair shop by 10:00 and out by noon!
